ShiftMesh
A platform where local businesses share hourly shift workers across organizations.
A Zoe Ophelia Holdings initiative.
What it is
ShiftMesh is a platform where local businesses share hourly shift workers across organizations. It starts with seasonal towns like the Methow Valley and is built to scale anywhere.
Workers get more hours in the slow season, and businesses get vetted help at peak times. It’s free to join, post and browse, with a small fee only when a shift is filled.
What we’re doing now
- The ShiftMesh website is live.
- The early-access waitlist is open to workers and businesses.
Next milestones
- Onboard the first Methow Valley businesses and workers.
- Fill the first shared shifts.
- Expand to other seasonal towns.
